When my colleague handed it to me, the IC he pointed to had black residue on it (I thought from blowing out) so I wiped it off too see the label associated with the IC. Replacing an IC for the Crazyflie 2.0

Hello, I was told by a colleague of mine that there is a IC on the pcb of our Crazyflie 2.0 that needs to be replaced. When I plug in a battery to the quadrotor, everything heats up very quickly so I am assuming it is some kind of voltage/current regulator? Anyways, the label on it reads A7RRXE, but...
