I can't seem to find any directions or support to how to fix the Crazyflie board if the self-test fails. Can I still flash the board with a new firmware? Can I get a new board? What are the steps to replace or fix the PCB if the self-test fails?
Any help would be appreciated.

So my self test failed. I get teh M1 light blinking five times and repeating after all four blades spin. Is there a firmware upgrade to fix this or is it permanently screwed?

I can't seem to get my Crazyflie 2.0 to work. I have tried Win7 and Win10 using CF client and VMO image, as well as both Android and iOS apps via Bluetooth and PA.
