What is the difference between the transmitter you picked out and the one that La Drone Shop used on their YouTube video?

Unable to charge while CF2 is off and Green LED issues
Shouldn't I be able to charge the CF2 by USB when it's powered off? Also, reading the intro manual, shouldn't the green LED flash when it's charging?
